Real Partnership, Every Step of the Way: Meet Lauren Anderson & Allen Cook, Our Account Management Team

Behind every fraud catch, every smooth renewal, and every unexpected hiccup along the way, there’s a person who already knows your portfolio, your workflows, and how you like to work. At Docuverus, that’s not a coincidence. It’s a part of the job that we take pride in.

We call them Account Managers, but “advocate” might be closer to it. They’re the ones on the phone with your team before a busy leasing season hits, in the quarterly business review pulling together the fraud your properties avoided, and in your inbox the moment a question comes in, whether it’s about a new property, a policy question, or a training your team needs ASAP.

Today we want to introduce you to two people from our account management team: Lauren Anderson and Allen Cook.

Lauren Anderson

Lauren Anderson, Account Manager at Docuverus

Lauren Anderson

Account Manager

Lauren has been with Docuverus for a year, bringing a background in leasing and health coaching that shows up in how she works: structured, people-first, and calm under pressure. Her weeks are full of onboarding new properties, leading training sessions for new clients, running refresher sessions for existing teams, and hosting weekly Q&A sessions open to anyone who wants to drop in. When a question comes in about applicant needs, adding a property, or upgrading to Docuverus Plus, Lauren aims to respond within 30 minutes, or within two hours if the question needs some digging to get the details right.

She’s proudest of a partnership that started as a six-property pilot and grew into a full 76-property rollout, the kind of result that only happens when a client really trusts the person on the other end of the email. “I love getting to know my clients, building strong relationships with them, and earning their trust,” she says. “Creating those connections and becoming someone they know they can rely on is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.” (Also, she has a dog named Diggs, who by all accounts is the best <3.)

Allen Cook

Allen Cook, Account Manager at Docuverus

Allen Cook

Account Manager

Allen has spent more than 30 years in multifamily, across operations, account management, and sales, and has been with Docuverus for about a year and a half. As he puts it, his role is to be the primary contact for his clients, learning each one’s processes and priorities well enough to protect their properties without getting in their way. A typical week covers onboarding, training, business reviews, invoicing, contract management, and watching workflow trends before they become problems, plus representing his clients’ needs internally when Docuverus is shaping new features or policy changes.

Clients reach out to him about everything from adding users to adjusting integrations to reporting questions, and he tries to respond within the hour, since many of those questions are time-sensitive. One of Allen’s main highlights has been launching performance reporting that lets clients see utilization and fraud detection results by property over time, so trends are something they can act on instead of just react to. “The feeling of being on the same team” is what Allen says he enjoys most. “Regardless of the event or issue, I always feel like my clients are right beside me, trying to achieve the same goal.” Outside of work, he’s a self-described tech geek who could talk hardware and software all day.

What Your Docuverus Account Manager Handles

  • A dedicated contact who knows your portfolio, not a shared support queue
  • Onboarding and training for new properties, new features, and new hires
  • Quarterly business reviews covering the fraud caught and the value delivered
  • Day-to-day questions on users, integrations, invoicing, contracts, and reporting
  • Typical response time: 30 minutes to an hour

Why Account Management Sets Docuverus Apart

A lot of vendors hand you a login and a support ticket queue. At Docuverus, you’re assigned a real person: dedicated to your portfolio and your go-to whenever something comes up.

Lauren and Allen stay in regular contact with the property managers, owners, and admins they work with, not just when something breaks, but on a rhythm: quarterly business reviews that show the fraud caught and the value delivered, training sessions when a new feature ships or a new hire needs to get up to speed, and a direct line whenever a question comes up in between.

That’s the difference between a vendor and a partner. It’s why our clients stay, why pilots turn into full rollouts, and why “who do I even call about this” is never a question our clients have to ask.

Lauren and Allen don’t just keep our clients happy, they’re a big part of what keeps Docuverus running. We’re grateful for the relationships they build and the standard they’ve set for what account management looks like at Docuverus.
